Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 10 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 10 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 9 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

This course is the science of how to lose weight without losing your curves and how to care for yourself properly while you are doing it. 

We will look at nutrition, exercise, proper rest, self care, and habit training to provide a comprehensive and healthy approach to sustainable weight loss and healthy living. 

This life is too short. This course is to help you achieve a greater quality of life, both physically and emotionally. You can choose to purchase one class at a time, but there is a 50% discount when you commit to the entire program, which is 10 classes. 

If you are on a mission to improve your health and well being, as well as your physical shape, this course can be a life changing catalyst for you. 

As a coach, I am knowledgeable, positive and supportive. I am empathetic because I have lost 100 pounds (45 kilos) myself, and struggled with body image and eating disordered behaviors as well. I was a certified personal trainer with my own business for 5 years in the US and primarily focused on weight loss clients. 

I'm passionate about helping people to improve their health and fitness because I know HOW to do it, I know you CAN do it, and I know that in the end it is 100% worth your effort. 

There is technically no lesson feedback for this type of lesson. However, I will provide written exercises and/or nutrition advice.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
