Description

Practice your English skills and read one of the greatest fantasy novels ever written, J.R.R. Tolkein's The Hobbit! This prequel to The Lord of the Rings is entertaining and filled with new vocabulary for English students to learn. You will read the chapters assigned to you before class starts, and we will discuss them during out lesson. Recommended for students at the intermediate level or above.

You will need: 
- One digital or physical copy of The Hobbit
- One digital or physical notebook to copy ideas/words you find when you are reading that you would like to discuss in class
- OPTIONAL: The Recorded Books unabridged audiobook version of The Hobbit
