ALL LEVELS WELCOME! This is the quick intro lesson! The plan is as follows:
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
2. Goal setting (10 minutes)
3. Strengths and weaknesses (5 mins)
This lesson is used primarily to introduce each other and to set goals for what you want to learn in the future. From there, we can decide which lessons are best for you!
