Description

Talking on the telephone is a part of everyday life - in your business, your job and at home, you need to be able to communicate in English. These fun and interactive lessons will show highlight the common problems if talking in English on the phone. We will communicate and go through all the essential vocabulary used for speaking on the telephone. The language used will include:

Common pronunciation problems
Numbers and reciting numbers
Answering the call
Asking for someone
Taking a message
Leaving a message
Ending a call
