Kurspaket Inhalt

Dies ist ein 3-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 2 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 90 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

香りの力で、心と身体をセルフケア。

このレッスンでは、メディカルアロマの基礎を学びながら、心や体の状態に合わせた精油の選び方を身につけていきます。
アロマクラフトをその場で作るのではなく、レッスン後にご自身で実践できるよう、要望や体調にあわせた精油を選び、ブレンドレシピの提案を行うスタイルです。
 
科学的な薬に頼る前に、未病のうちから心と身体をやさしく整えるセルフケアをはじめてみませんか？

レッスンの流れ
 
１回目から４回目までのレッスンは、以下の2部構成で進めます。
① スライドを使用したわかりやすい説明
② 精油選びセッション

５回目以降は、
②の精油選びのセッションがメインとなります。
（要望やお悩みのヒアリング、選んだ精油の詳細紹介、クラフトの作り方など含む）
 
②の精油選びのカウンセリングセッションでは、お好きな香りやお手持ちの精油、または今のお悩み・望みに合わせて、精油を一緒に選び、ブレンド比率をご提案します。
 
※レッスン後に、選んだ精油を各自でお近くのアロマショップやオンラインで購入していただき、お試しいただくスタイルなので、レッスンの際に必要なものは特にありません。
※すでにお持ちの精油がある場合は、お近くにご用意いただいてもOKです。

①基材について／アロマセラピーの利用法
②精油選びセッション／ロールオンアロマの作り方

•Lesson4
①精油ブレンドの基本
②精油選びセッション／かんたん万能バーム

•5回目以降
Lesson1～Lesson4の②の精油選びセッション（カウンセリング）を中心に、選んだ精油の詳細や、使いやすいアロマクラフトのレシピをご案内します

フィードバック内容
 
レッスンでは、体調や心の状態を伺ったうえで精油をセレクトし、ブレンド比率を計算します。

レッスン後には、
•カウンセリングで一緒に選んだ精油の効能と禁忌をまとめた精油カード
•おしゃべりしながら一緒に選んで考えたオリジナル精油ブレンドのレシピシート
•アロマクラフトの作り方（必要に応じて）
 
をフィードバックとしてお送りします。
 
※ヒアリングの際、既往歴などを話したくない場合は無理にお話しいただかなくて大丈夫ですが、精油や器材を選ぶ際は、禁忌等を十分に確認のうえ、お選びください。
※精油や基材（キャリアオイルや無水エタノール etc.）合わないと感じたらすぐに使用を中止してください。

参加スタイルについて
 
Zoomを使用します。
カメラをオンにしていただくとお話ししやすいですが、既往症や体調、お悩みなどをお伺いすることもあるので、カメラをオンにしたくない場合は、Zoomのアバター機能での参加もOKです。
猫やペンギンなどのアバターでもリアクションがあると、カメラオフよりお話ししやすいので(^^)/

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • Weniger als 1 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 50% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
  • No-Show→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
