When we have problems or complaints about a product or service, the first thing we do is call the customer service representative.
 
For those of us who work in occupations that handle such matters, this means that we must be ready to handle any question or complaint our customers have and offer them a solution.

In this lesson, we will will go over tips, and polite usefull expressions to help us deliver great customer service on the phone!
