We live in an age where it is harder than ever to make meaning of life. Sometimes, we just need to talk out a problem with someone who can not only listen but help us see things in a new light. I offer support and guidance to help people deal with spiritual disconnect, anxiety, negativity, and feelings of being "off the mark". We focus on selfcare, self-acceptance, and self love. I've been coaching people since 2006 using skills I acquired through coach training, Toltec Wisdom, EFT, energy healing, mindfulness and meditation. Suitable for proficient and above English learners.
