Not everyone is comfortable with public speaking at first, especially when speaking in a second language.
In this lesson, you will have the opportunity to practice for your upcoming speaking event so that you can be amply prepared.
Much of the anxiety related to public speaking can be off-set by practice and preparation. But that is not all that is important. Learning techniques to allay anxieties and calm our nerves can also help.
