瞑想とお悩み相談をされたい方のコースです。(レッスン時間40分)
瞑想のみご希望の方は瞑想20分コースか30分コースをお選びください。
自宅で心身ともにリラックスした時間を過ごしていただけます。
頭がスッキリする、体が温かくなった、目を閉じてるのに眩しかったなど色々な声をいただきます。
最初にお話をうかがいます。瞑想はこちらでヒーリングミュージックを流しながら行いますのでレッスンの際はお一人の静かな部屋で受けられて下さい。
ウェブカメラは無しで行います。
レッスン後のレビューはありませんのでご了承ください。

Before request is confirmed (fixed)
- Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
- Less than 3hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
- Between 3-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
