By the end of this lesson, students will be able to identify and discuss various stress management therapies (such as scream therapy, dance movement, breathwork, exercise, and talking), distinguish between good and bad stress, and effectively use stress-related idioms in conversations to describe how different people handle stress in their daily lives.

At the end of the lesson, students will learn how to:
 
1. Recognise and describe different therapies for managing stress.
2. Understand the difference between good stress (eustress) and bad stress (distress).
3. Use idioms and conversational phrases to talk about stress and stress management.
4. Explain how different people manage stress in various ways.
 
You will be able to talk confidently about stress and share effective techniques for coping with it.
