Lesson Objective (30 min)

Students will:
-Recognize and practice difficult English syllables
-Improve the pronunciation of common problem sounds for Japanese learners

Warm-Up (5 minutes) – “Mouth Activation.”

Get students speaking immediately, low pressure.

Key Problem Sounds (10 minutes)

 

Focus on 3 core Japanese learner challenges:
L and R
B and V
Syllable stresses

Syllable Practice (10 minutes)
We will combine all that you practiced.

Fun Game or free talk (5 minutes)
A chance to practice freely or play a short game for practice.
