Dies ist ein 4-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 3 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 60 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

This the course customised for you. We will chat in free style during the lesson. No preparation required if you wish. Learning is never more fun if you enjoy it!

Note: A free-style practise style lesson with no pre-reading or preparation. Suitable for beginners who would like to learn to speak mandarin.

Lesson pack is valid for 4 sessions (total 120 minutes) at 30 minutes per session.

Discount package pack is for use of lessons taken within 60 days.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs⁽¹⁾ can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack⁽²⁾ is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.

(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

I still remember the very first day that we've had back in 2017 where I couldn't even speak the basic words and phrases in Chinese. I've long planned of working in China so I came to ask your help for my further goals in learning Mandarin. And now that I'm finally coming there for work, I would say that I've gained a lot of confidence from your class. It's actually a bit surprising that my vocabulary is gradually growing and I can compose more sentences than before. Although I still have a long way to go in learning Chinese, I'm truly grateful for my growing interest in this language. Thank you for all your patience and always believing in me. Since the first day, I started a lesson with Acky Laoshi way back in 2017, my interest in learning Chinese has always been enthusiastic. I am now moving to China for my new job and my learning experience with her Chinese lessons are by far the most practical and meaningful ones for me. She inspires me a lot in class that I've never once felt giving up although learning Mandarin is really difficult. Her review materials and the audio files are well organized and it's way convenient for me to compile them and revise them whenever I get some time. 2017 Awesome Lesson Awards (Winter) →

I couldn't be thankful enough since the first day I met this teacher. I've been learning Chinese for a few months now with her and I could say that I really learned a lot. What makes me love her classes every time is its fun atmosphere! At the end of the class, she'll make sure that you'll be able to speak as much as you can and be more independent in making your own sentences. Not only that, her review materials have been very useful and pretty organized! Plus, she's very observant and she could easily and creatively help you to deal with your learning struggles.
