Description

Learn English by reading and discussing the latest news and trends about videogames both from Japan and abroad. I love videogames and specialize in this topic. I especially like Nintendo games like Pokemon and Legends of Zelda. This class has a flexible lesson plan according to your interests. Please let me know your favorite videogame and I will build a lesson plan around it.

In this lesson, we will:
1) Read the latest videogame news articles or releases. We can talk about the English translation of games from Japan. For example, we can talk about the English name of specific Pokemon and its origin.
2) Learn about American culture and slang words from the lesson plan.
3) Connect and become friends with English speakers by chatting up with them on a shared hobby.
