Beginner to pre-intermediate level English learners
This lesson is part of my Everyday English series which focuses on social and English conversation.
Each topic in the series has four worksheets. Worksheet One introduces the student to vocabulary we use to describe our friends and their definitions. This is followed by an exercise where the student is required to complete sentences using target vocabulary set in appropriate context.
Worksheet Two is a multiple choice exercise expanding on vocabulary used to describe personality traits and characteristics.
Worksheet Three is a speaking exercise where the student is given several prompts to talk about the different kinds of friends they have.
Finally, Worksheet Four is a dialogue between two friends which includes all the target vocabulary taught in the previous worksheets and sets it in an informal social context to ensure understanding.
