This is a quick-chat service I provide for students who have a particular question about a lesson or something on my profile page. 
Was there something in your lesson that you didn`t fully understand? You`ve forgotten how to do the homework? 
Perhaps you would like to know about the resources I use? What are the Expemo and Linguaclass apps that pair with some of my Linguahouse lessons? 
When you make the reservation, please send a short message so that I can check the details and provide the best answer for you. 
As long as it`s only one or two specific questions, I`m happy to help. 
Please note: this is NOT a conversation class. It is a customer service I offer to help if you have questions.

This tutor's cancellation policy

This lesson is “Immediately Confirmed”

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

The policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply to requests that are confirmed immediately.

About “Immediate Confirmation”

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 1hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 1-6hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
