Embark on a transformative journey with our Group Meditation session. Join a supportive community where we share, learn, and progress together.
With this Group Meditation lesson you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your own experience, and progress with your own meditation.
No camera required; just listen and absorb if you wish.
Lessons are conducted on Saturday morning at 08:30am on Skype.
I will message you before the meeting and then add you to the call when the lesson starts.

No experience required!
Perfect for all levels, whether you're a complete novice or have many years of meditative experience.
Whatever your level or experience, in this lesson you will learn the techniques and knowledge required to practice alone and in your own time.
You do not need any equipment, all I reccomend is a thick cushion (or zafu) to sit on and you're ready to go.
If you have mobility issues and would prefer to sit on a chair, that's fine too.
My practice involves Soto and Rinzai Zen teachings, but also includes Taoist and Stoic philosophy, as well as teachings from the holy Bhagavad Gita.
