Moving beyond "better" or "cheaper" is the key to sounding like an advanced speaker. Whether you are comparing two products, two cities, or two different life paths, you need to be able to express how much of a difference there is. This 25-minute "Grammar Sprint" focuses on adding nuance to your comparisons so you can speak with precision.

What We Will Focus On In this targeted, high-impact session, we will:

  • The Power of Modifiers: Learn how to use words like slightly, significantly, far, and way to quantify differences.

  • Not Quite the Same: Master the "not as... as" structure and how to modify it (e.g., "not nearly as..." or "almost as...").

  • Real-World Precision: Practice describing changes in the economy, your neighborhood, or your favorite hobbies using modified comparatives.

Original Learning Materials You will receive my "Comparison Roadmap"—an original visual guide. This roadmap uses high-contrast visuals to help you see the "scale" of modifiers, making it easier to choose the right word during a fast-paced conversation.

The Goal By the end of this sprint, you will stop using simple "black and white" comparisons. You’ll be able to describe the "shades of grey" in between, allowing you to express complex opinions and observations with the confidence of a native speaker.
