Meeting with a Foreign Client

Business English Conversation

Description

For Japanese employees, I know it is hard for you to talk to a foreign client in person. It would be easier for you to communicate with them by e-mails or via social messaging apps. However, the business world includes dealing and meeting your foreign clients/customers face-to-face. This lesson will help you talk to your clients with confidence.

I have prepared some real time situations on what to do and not to do during the first meeting. Some vocabulary words, phrases and sentences are included for further learning. Basic steps and strategies to get lasting impressions from your clients.

This lesson is suitable for:

  • Employees who are working in an international company.

  • Employees who work in a local Japanese business but interested to learn business conversation in English.

  • Students who are willing to learn and be more familiar with foreign business.

  • Self-employed people ( traditional store owners, online store owners, investors, etc.)
