We will discuss how you can easily change your diet to add more brain-boosting foods to help increase your mood, memory and energy levels.  Simple English, easy to understand vocabulary with pictures and slideshow for visuals.  Good for pre-intermediate to advanced students. Lots of opportunity for discussion.
