楽器演奏に欠かせない基礎練習。めんどくさいな〜、曲が弾きたいんだよな〜と避けでしまいがちですが、基礎を身に付けると演奏しやすくなり、腱鞘炎などの怪我も避けられます。
一緒にやれば楽しくやれるっ！
