Description

To make your own set of practice sock-poi, you'll need to bring a pair of long socks and two pairs of regular socks (or if you have 2 tennis balls that's awesome!)

In this class we'll do some stretching and warm-up exercises to get you accustomed to playing poi.  

We'll do some fun wrist flexibility moves and learn basics of poi, like forward / reverse, split-time and infinity-swinging (left-right and front-back).

Then we'll learn our firts fun move, the corkscrew! :))
