How to cook Italian Food
Description
The lesson is focussed on names and recipes of Italian and Mediterranean food and I will teach how to cook.
I worked as Italian Chef in hotels 5 stars in Europe and I grown up in the kitchen with my mom and my grandmother in Rome.
We will start to talk about Italian food in general, history and many specialities, then we will chose a recipe (you chose what you want to learn) and I will tell you step by step how to cook and some tricks to make your food in a real Italian way.
Then, if we have time, we can even cook at your place!
How to do it? Simple! Take your web cam and your lap top or smartphone at your kitchen and I will tell you what to do.
But don`t forget! You will also learn Italian while cooking.
I will translate everything in Italian and you will learn how to explain to your guests!
Don`t be shy, I did it many times, I will guide you.. I know this is something new but it`s easy, believe me..
