In this lesson we will explore the theories of leadership. There will be a discussion after each theory, surrounding your ideas and opinions on the matter. 
This lesson also speaks about athe charactaristics and traits of a good leader and where or not you have those traits and which to hone them or develope these leadership skills. 
I will use engaging presentations.
