夜寝る前に、リラックスした寝付きのよい身体をつくる

陰ヨガは、筋肉の緊張を緩め、ひとつのポーズを数分間キープしながら、じっくりと身体の奥深くをほぐしていきます。
おやすみ前の陰ヨガでは、呼吸と筋肉を弛緩させ、メンタル・フィジカル両面でのストレス・緊張を取り除くようガイドします。リラックスして眠りにつくことで、睡眠の質を高め、翌朝また元気に起きられるよう、整えていきましょう。

*寝る準備をして、パジャマでの参加でOK
*ブランケット・バスタオル・枕・クッション等、可能な範囲でご用意ください
