Let's start with how to read Hiragana in Japanese and greetings.

Description

We will practice from the pronunciation of Hiragana, greetings in Japanese, elementary grammar and conversation. I will teach you slowly and gently.

We can use the manual "Minna no Nihongo", but it's okay if you don't have it.

Goals:
  1. Read Hiragana and Katakana, and write easy Kanji.
  2. Say numbers, money amounts, time and days of the week.
  3. Introduce yourself with adequate greetings and say easy sentences.
  4. Understand the difference between i-adjectives and na-adjectives.
  5. Understand the masu-form for verbs.
If you have "Minna no Nihongo I", we'll cover the grammar up to around Lesson 13. It is also possible to focus on the lessons or grammar points of your choice among these.
