  2. Calories requirement in one day (including carbs, sugar, protein, fat, and water according to your weight and height)
  3. Weight gain plan (duration, how to achieve, and type of exercise)
  4. 3 FREE questions about anything related to nutrition! 
P.S. Meal plan is not included in this lesson. However, I can provide you with general advice on what type of food you should eat.
