Lets get to know each other
Description
This lesson is ideal for anyone aged 9+, at any level (CEFR A1-C2), who is having an English language lesson with me for the first time. I wil send a link for a level assessment test prior to the lesson. Attempt the test and send results back to me before the start of the lesson. This is so I have a good understanding of your current language level.
We wil start the lesson with a freindly and informal chat designed to put you at ease and to help us get to know each other. I will ask for information about your language learning goals, language strengths and weaknesses as well as hobbies and interests. We will also discuss the level assessment test and pick out a question where you may have struggled so we can go over it in greater detail.
We will then have a go at the 'guess the question quiz'. I will write, or say, 4-8 facts about me and you have to try and guess the question that relates to each fact (e.g Liverpool = "where are you from"). Once you have guessed all the correct questions it will be your turn to write, or say, 4-8 facts about yourself and I have to guess the correct question for each fact.
We will conclude the lesson with discussing and arranging further and/or regular lessons if this is something you would like to pursue.
