Description
Learning objectives:
- Identify and describe traditions and customs in Great Britain
- Compare and contrast British culture to your own
- Practise pronunciation of new vocabulary
We'll start by discussing the make-up of Great Britain and its different regions and you can tell me what you already know about this country. Then we'll discuss specific facts and customs (from food habits to the Royal Family)
Based on our conversation, we'll start comparing it to your own culture. Do you see any similarities? Is there something you disagree with? Or is there something that you've really liked about Great Britain?
Practising pronunciation will be a big part of this lesson.
We'll finish with a review of the lesson and suggestions on how to improve your pronunciation.
Feel free to make a specific request for anything, in particular, you want to know about Britain.
