 →Let's see how your self-confidence is with a checklist

3. Understand your self-confidence and how you communicate with people

 →Ex) You usually cannot tell your opinions to others or you are not good at communicating with others becasue you have no confidence?

4. Cause for stress
 → How and what kind of situation do you feel stressed?

5. Stress relief with mindfulenss
 →Take care of your stress with 10 - 15 mins of mindfulness
   
6. Training for improving your self-confidence
 →Let's find your positive image and improve your self-confidence with mindfulness!
