このワークショップの流れ
①直感でスキな色のボトルを選びます。
②一つ一つ選ばれた色の意味と、
性格的傾向・現在の心の状態などと共に
自分の強みや美しさを深堀していきます。
③強みの活かし方を知り、
ポジティブに人生を歩んでいけるようになります。
単なるカウンセリングではなく、コンサルテーションとして、
思考を使いながら心をスッキリとさせていくことができますので、
カウンセラーに依存しなくても、
自分自身で解決できるマインドを持つことができます。
２か月～３か月ごとに受けて頂くと、
自分自身がブレることなく未来を想像して、
行動できるようになるのでおススメです。
個人だけでなく、イベントや企業様も含め、
年間100名ほどの個別コンサルを行っております。
