健康的に全身のエネルギーを高める為に、短時間で出来るエクササイズや呼吸法を何種類か組み合わせて練習しましょう。

 

Since my childhood, I have practiced several different forms of movement arts, Yoga, energy cultivation and martial arts.  I would like to share these with you by an online movement arts class, one-on-one.

幼少時代より、ヨガ、太極拳、武道等のムーブメントアーツを練習してきました。 

その中より、選りすぐったエクササイズをオンラインでムーブメントアーツクラスとして、簡単な英語で一緒に練習しましょう。


In this class we will practice different series of short movement and breathing exercises to increase energy and to stimulate health and healing.

このクラスでは、健康的に全身のエネルギーを高める為に、短時間で出来るエクササイズや呼吸法を何種類か組み合わせて練習します。

 

These movements come mainly from:

  •  Hatha Yoga (Indian)
  • Tai Chi
  • Daoyin Energy Conducting Exercises
  • Meditation (both moveing and still)
  • The Shaolin Tradition
  • Aikido
