Life can sometimes feel stressful, confusing, or overwhelming. You do not have to face these challenges alone. I offer a safe, private, and supportive place where you can talk about your thoughts and feelings without being judged.

I use practical methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you understand your emotions, manage stress and anxiety, build confidence, improve relationships, and develop healthy ways to solve problems. Every session is personalized to your needs, goals, and pace.

Whether you are facing work stress, family issues, life changes, emotional difficulties, or simply want to know yourself better, I am here to support you on your journey toward a healthier and happier life.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

The policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply to requests that are confirmed immediately.
