Description
Study Phases:
- Vocal warm-up
- A wide range of vocal exercises, tailored to the student’s specific vocal issues and limitations, with particular focus on resonance and evenness across the entire range—high, middle, and low registers.
- Singing in legato and coloratura styles, with the study of repertoire selected according to the student’s technical level.
Note:
There are hundreds of vocal exercises, but most are fundamentally similar—arpeggios, intervals, scales, etc. What truly matters is the result, guided by the teacher’s attention to the quality of execution—something only a seasoned performer with real stage experience can provide, rather than other categories of musicians. Likewise, practicing a vast number of complex exercises is not effective if they are not suited to the student’s individual needs.
Method of the Italian Classical School
Suitable for men and women aged 16 and above, from beginner to intermediate level:
A singer is like an athlete—they require personalized training that safeguards the voice, the queen of all instruments. Together, we work to expand vocal range, increase volume, and improve breath control, ultimately engaging in a meticulous study of the score, with attention to dynamics and dramatic interpretation. Excessive verbal overload is avoided, as it often leads to mental confusion, as observed in many contemporary singers.
