This session is designed to help you heal from a breakup and move forward with strength and positivity. Throughout the session, you'll explore your emotions, understand the healing process, and develop strategies for self-care.

You'll start by establishing a safe space where you can openly share your feelings. Then, you'll take time to reflect on your emotions, acknowledging how the breakup has impacted you. You'll explore the stages of healing, learning that it's normal to experience a range of emotions and that healing isn't a linear process.

Next, you'll dive into self-care and coping strategies. You'll practice deep breathing exercises to calm your mind and create a personalized self-care plan to support your healing journey. You'll also be introduced to positive affirmations to reinforce your self-worth.

As the session progresses, you'll focus on letting go of the pain and setting intentions for your future. Through a visualization exercise, you'll imagine yourself embracing a positive and happy future. Finally, you'll set goals for moving forward, focusing on personal growth and self-love.

The session will close with a reflection on what you've learned and how you're feeling, ending with a positive affirmation to carry with you on your healing journey. You'll also have homework to continue journaling and implementing your self-care routine. This session is designed to guide you toward emotional healing and help you take positive steps forward after a breakup.
