初心者向けのレッスンでは、基本的なあいさつ、簡単な文の構造、日常的なフレーズをロールプレイ、絵の説明、そして家族や食べ物、日常のルーティンなど身近な話題に焦点を当てた対話を通じて練習します。講師はサポートと励ましのある環境を作り、繰り返しの練習で自信と流暢さを育てます。レッスンには語彙の導入、対話の読み合わせや交代練習、文の完成や質問応答などの練習、そして興味に基づく自由な会話も含まれることが多いです。テーマ別の語彙パックや、パワーポイントのスライドやフラッシュカードなどの準備された教材を使って学習を強化するレッスンもあります。全体として、このレッスンは親しみやすい環境で頻繁かつ楽しい練習を通じて、話す英語の力を伸ばし、語彙を増やし、聞く力を向上させることを目的としています。
