Description

Phrasal verbs are a key point in the English language, they can however be a nightmare to a foreign speaker as their meaning in most cases is not clear by their use.

In this lesson the focus will be to explain the use of phrasal verbs and help the student understand their role, meaning and how to utilise them in a conversation.

This lesson will be divided in two halves, starting with the introduction of 5 – 8 phrasal verbs, depending the level of English the student has. During the second half of the lesson the student will be given exercises to practice and become fluent with the use of the phrasal verbs their will have learned in the lesson. After class recommendations for practice will be offered.

Intermediate level in English is required.
