This 45-minute guided breathwork session is designed to create a powerful mental reset by activating the body, clearing emotional residue, and restoring psychological balance.
The session uses dynamic, fast-paced rhythmic breathing patterns to stimulate circulation, increase oxygen flow, and energize the nervous system. This active approach helps release accumulated stress, emotional stagnation, and mental fog. Through structured breath cycles and focused awareness, students experience a sense of cleansing, renewal, and heightened clarity.
Each class includes:
