Easy deep stretching from beginners to advanced
課程介紹
Hatha yoga is more focused on relaxing the body and nervous system, whereas vinyasa yoga is more focused on heating and toning the body.
This class will teach you deep stretches wherever you may be feeling pain or tension, and how to be able to stretch those areas to relieve pain. This can include shoulder, neck, back, or hip pain and tightness anywhere in the body.
We will also practice deep breathing to help you go deeper into the poses and relax the mind and body.
Last 15 minutes of class will be for a guided meditation.
If you are interested in practicing your English you can also repeat the commands that I've given back to you to learn verbs related to movement and the body!
