Dictation Time offers 3 skills during the lesson: Listening, Vocabulary, and Pronunciation. 

This Lesson is for Intermediate and Advanced Students Only.

During this lesson, you will either write or type your dictation (Your Choice).

Many sources will be used including:  famous quotes, parts of articles, dialogue, parts of stories, and MORE!

What Happens During This Lesson?
  • I will recite the passage at a regular speed the first time to provide clarity and natural speech (for listening).  
  • Then, I will recite the passage again at a much slower speed to provide you time to transcribe the passage. I will do this twice. 
  • I will then ask you to reveal what you have transcribed. We will talk about what was correct and what was missed.
  • Then, we will talk about any words or phrases you do not understand, etc. 

If we have time, we will continue to repeat this process with different pieces of material.

  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
