Use of the Present Simple and Present Continuous tense with signal words

Introduce the student how we speak about an action we do on a regular basis and what we are doing now.
Present with examples of what tense a speaker uses when he/she refers to actions occurring on a regular basis. A small spoken task will be conducted.
Present with examples of the usage of the Present Continuous Tense and when a speaker would use this tense.
Lead the student to signal words for both tenses as an aid of how to use the correct tense.
The student is presented with a small task where both tenses are used in one sentence.
Building conversation in a speaking task to round up the lesson.

Signal words: at the moment, every day, every week, currently, etc.

More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
