Description
Indian Temple dance combines a strong workout with the embodiment of graceful gestures. It is quite a focus-oriented practice, as you will have to be present in many different places of your body at the same time. Good for minds who usually are all over the place.
We start with an invocation/prayer, done with a sequence of movements, followed by warm ups and then basic stepping of Odissi dance.
