This is a 4-time lesson pack. It's cheaper than taking a regular lesson 4 times! Let's write a diary in Japanese, and talk about your day!

自身の語学力をアップしたい方におすすめです。こちらでは提示した（もしくは読み上げた）内容を台湾華語（台湾中国語）に翻訳してもらいます。

ヨガが初めての方も気軽にはじめられる基本的なヨガ。 動きをゆったりと生徒さんのペースに合わせて行うヨガです。 瞑想や呼吸法、座位〜太陽礼拝〜スタンディングポーズ等を少しずつ行います。 ご希望に合わせてのレッスン構成も可能ですので、何んなりとリクエストしてください。

This is a single lesson. If you have a set number of lessons per month, please choose the fixed lessons. (The fee will be different.) If you haven't discussed the lesson content yet, please first choose the "Trial Lesson/Initial Consultation"
