Whatever if you like it, then we choose the topic as our class, sometimes it can be travel, food, news(including current issue), things to do(hiking, discover popular places, local)
I choose a topic as eat & drink and "IKEA Crayfish Party"
Ikea furniture company is hosting a cheap all-you can eat seafood buffet in your area, then we can read this article and getting some information and let us discuss it. Have you ever been to Ikea before, if you have been there, what kinds of items you have purchased and tried restaurants there and so on.
The class length varies it depeds on how the article has different types of idioms and grammars.
so, it can be touch all aspects of area such as reading, writing, speaking, listening as well during the class.
I think my class is great for all age and beginners, because depends on age, the topic and article can be change. As for children, I will use teen cartoon novel, or non-fiction, graphic novels and so on.
