a 30 min lesson full of imagination, fun and games

The Polar Express is a Hollywood movie released in 2004, based on a chidren's book with the same name. It is about children boarding the train heading to North Pole to meet Santa Claus.
In this lesson, we will pretend to be passengers on board this train.
During the first 5 minutes, we will do a self introduction.
Then, we can either
a) play a game, in which I will ask you True/False questions regarding Christmas and New Year traditions and celebrations in North America and Europe.
or
b) I will tell you the traditions and celebrations in North America and Europe, and you can tell me the ones in your country.
Duration: 10 minutes.
Next, I will show you pictures that are related to Christmas and New Year, and you can describe the pictures to me.
Duration: 5-10 min.
Last, we pretend that we have arrived in North Pole and will meet Santa soon.
Please tell Santa what gifts you want to receive this year, and why you want them. If you are requesting a big gift, e.g. a new car, give reasons why you think you deserve them, such as you have worked really hard this year, have done some volunteer work, etc.
Let's get creative and have some fun!
