- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 45 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Buy this package of 5 lessons for the same price as 4 individual lessons. This means you get one lesson free! You can take all 4 lessons in a row or spread them out over a 45 day period. Each lesson is 60 minutes long.

Please note that a refund is not possible once the first lesson has been completed.

This lesson is good for intermediate and more advanced students who want to improve their understanding or just for learning more about Spanish culture, share experiences... any topic can be discussed in the class (arts, food, sports, movies, history, society, fashion, DELE exams...)

Este es un paquete de 5 clases excelente para estudiantes de cualquier nivel que quieran mejorar su conversación de una forma divertida.

Este paquete contiene 5 classes pero la precio de 4 clases indivuales, es decir, ¡que una clase es gratis! Las clases se pueden tomar seguidas o repartidas en un periodo de 45 días. Cada clase tiene una duración de 60 minutos. 

Por favor tener en cuenta que no es posible pedir reembolso una vez se haya realizado la primera clase.

Esta clase es buena para estudiantes de nivel intermedio, avanzado o cualquiera que desee aprender más sobre la cultura española, quiera compartir experiencias...cualquier tema puede ser hablado en clase (arte, comida, deportes, películas, historia, sociedad, moda, examen DELE...)

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • No-Show→ Pueden aplicarse cargos por cancelación.
