It includes livestyle, care of body, mind and soul. Food and fitness. Spirituality and science on to ethic. Relations between you and family, collegues and loved ones.

Diet & Nutrition is not enough to describe what these lessons will contain. What food and product you shall prefer in your life i will tell you. And i explain you WHY. 

These healthy lessons are already known in Hamburg, germany. I speak to japanese people here, and i will teach you the same stuff via Webcam.

I want you to ask me at anytime if you have a question. My knowledge and experience will help me to help you. And i like to help you, to help yourself :)

For every student i give individual ongoin lessons. Every lesson can build on what you already learned, and so your level of healthcare for yourself and family will grow. Later, people will ask YOU for advise :) 

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
