Though gender equality has come a long way, there are still considerable barriers for women in the workplace. In this session, we will discuss barriers faced by women in the workplace, especially as leaders, and how you can be an ally.

The lesson will have a section for learning about the issues and also an open discussion. 

This lesson is for everyone but may include some challenging vocabulary and concepts, so it is best for intermediate or advanced English speakers.
