不規則活用

について苦手意識が拭えず、しっかり復習をしたいと思っており上記の３点を重点的にレッスンをしてくれる講師を希望しています。
時間帯は
平日は9:00-15:00
また
平日&週末22:00-23:30
の時間で30分または50分レッスンを希望します。
テキストは講師のオリジナルでも市販のテキストでも構いません。
レッスンは韓国語で進行していただきたいですが、難しい箇所については日本語での説明を希望します。

レッスン希望：洋書を一冊読んでみたいです。
事前に訳してくるので、レッスンでは、
①読みの練習（発音、イントネーション、アクセントも細かくご指導いただきたいです）
②私の訳があっているか（辞書で調べて訳すので、おそらく固い日本語になると思います。より自然な日本語訳を知りたいです）
③レッスン内に出てきた単語や表現で、日常生活では他にこんな風に使いますよ、というのがあれば教えてほしいです

45分でどのくらい進められるかわかりませんが、事前に本のページはお送りします。

フランス語の規則、不規則の発音をまずクリアして完全に出来るようになったら次へ進みたいです
文章を音読している途中でこの単語何て読むのだろう？この時鼻母音？それともローマ字読み？わかりませんで終わることが多くそれを少しでも
減らしたく発音記号を覚えたい音節を学習していきたいです 時々ゲルマン系(オランダ、デンマーク、ドイツ語)の訛りになり少しずつフランス語へ近づけるようになりたいです

日本人講師の方でまず、ドイツ語の発音指導をして下さる先生を希望します。
①発音記号を理解するまで根気よく教えて下さる方
②母音の数を数え子音の連続した発音が苦手でしてどこをどう読むのか最初から最後まで説明してくれる先生
③音節をきめ細かく教えてもらいたいです
④日本語とドイツ語舌の位置の違い口の開け閉めを完全に見極めどこがいけないのかはっきり指摘して欲しいです

すみません、日本語で再投稿します。
こんにちは、話せる日本語を学びたい。教科書とか、テストとか、色々のこと勉強してもリスニングとコミュニケーション能力あまり進歩できない。なんか乗り越えらない壁があるような感じ。だから、検定より人や友達とリアルな日常会話ほうが学びたいと思う。よかったらいい方法を教えてください！
できれば一週2回、一回1時間ぐらい
時間は日本時間の朝6時から午前10時まで（ほかの時間帯もご相談ください）
（夜勤なので、深夜時間帯も可能です）
