私は今、中国大陸でソフトウェアエンジニアとして働いています。昨年、N2試験に合格しましたが、会話のレベルはまだとても低いです。私の目標は、日本で働く機会を見つけることです。そのため、会話スキルを向上させたいと思います。現在の目標は面接の質問や模擬面接を準備することではなく、会話能力を向上させることです（私の現在の会話レベルは大体N3からN4、CEFRで言うとA2レベルです）。会話をする際、自然に単語や文を思い出すことが難しいことが分かりました。普段の仕事で日本語を使うことはないので、会話を鍛えるために先生を探しています。
もし先生が私の現在のレベルに合わせた改善プランやコースがあれば、とても感謝します。

This request is for my daughter who is 12. She will be attending a Japanese language summer camp in August. She understands Japanese better than she can speak, and she can read kana and some kanji.
For the lesson I would like to find a tutor who can help her with her conversational skills so that she will be able to better communicate with the other children at camp and make friends.
