私は英語中級レベルです（英検準1級）。旅行での英語等、決まりきったことを話すのは不自由ありませんが、即興的に自分の思っていることや出来事を描写するのが苦手です。
先日、英語の伸び悩みを解決するのは、即興スピーチの練習を繰り返すことで「英語で考える」ようになることだと何かの記事で読みました。
話すことを準備して臨むスピーチレッスンではなく、即興で決められたテーマについて話したり、事物を描写したり、ストーリーを作ったり、といったレッスンをしてくださる先生を探しています。レッスンの流れとしては、間違ったところや自然でないところを直していきながら、練習を繰り返していくという感じがいいかなと思っています。
時間制限つきで、即興で英語で考えて話すという訓練をしたいです。よろしくお願いします。

Hi, I'm Mao, Japanese man. I'm looking for a person who gives me an advise about how to get a job in UK. I have the work permit in UK, because I married with Italian woman and she lives in UK, she works as employee. I'm struggling to get a job in UK, I alreday have sent my CV to more than 20 companies, but I can't get any chance to take an interview.
